I'm leaving this review as a warning! I can say that I did not use this product long enough to discuss its efficacy, as I had a reaction to it and had to return it. I'm not sure whether or not this experience is unique, but wanted to share it. I used the product as advised, once. The next day (over 24 hours after use), I was doing yoga, and noticed that my face started to feel very swollen, specifically under my eyes. I thought it was strange, given that I don't have any allergies or anything. I went to bed and thought I looked pretty tired but nothing out of the ordinary. The next day when I woke up my eyes were so swollen that it looked like I had been crying all night, or maybe had an injury. This went on for FIVE DAYS. The only thing I can attest it to is the titan. I returned it immediately, and didn't use it again. So my fine lines disappeared…because my face was swollen. I wish I had have taken pictures of my eyes, but didn't think of this until now!k.b

This is an anti-aging device which uses radio-frequency, red led light and infrared heat to stimulate collagen production deep below the skins surface. I have been using this device 2 times a week for seven weeks and have noticed a significant difference in my skin. Fine lines have disappeared and the deeper wrinkles are minimized. My eyes are lifted and pores are also minimized. I also have some age related skin discoloration which has also decreased a lot. The full benefit and maximum results are supposed to be achieved at 10 weeks, which I can’t wait to see. If you are considering this product, I would highly recommend it! The only downside is you must use the gel with this product and you can easily go through a lot of it, as it tends to dry up quickly. I got into high tech skincare last year and have been trying out new devices since then. I wasn't sure if this one would work but the evidence I saw for both red light therapy and RF seemed pretty convincing. I was already a faithful user of the NuFACE mini and the Tria eye laser, both of which I have found to produce results and be beneficial. I have been using this device pretty much every day for about 15 minutes and I definitely recommend it. I saw results after the first use (the next morning) and I can tell if I go a while without treating an area (I tend to skip my neck a little too often.) You really have to use quite a lot of the gel (more than you'd think) and reapply frequently in order to for the device to be able to conduct well and stay lit up. I have found that the Gel for the NEWA actually works better as it is much more viscous but it is heavily fragranced and it makes me break out. I think I'm going to try using an aloe vera gel substitute and see how that goes. I bought the Silk'n FaceFX at the same time as this and that one came first. I haven't even gotten the FaceFX out since trying this one though- it's that much more effective. I also have the NEWA which is another RF device and I prefer the Titan as the NEWA gets super hot sometimes and feels like it might burn my skin. Also the Titan can be used on the whole face whereas the NEWA is only for the lower face. Overall I think it really works and I'll be continuing to use it for sure. The only other device that really compares in terms of clearly visible results that I've tried so far is the NuFACE. I was so excited to receive the Pure NuDerma Cell Energy System. I received it in good condition and well packaged. After opening and reading through the instructions a few times I was still hesitant to use it. It’s kind of intimidating to me. They do have videos on YouTube you can watch before using. I’m afraid I’ll break the fragile wands and tubes. You must handle with care and always pick them up at the base. I tried two of the wands and you get a slight sensation on your skin like a tingling warmth. I haven’t had the time to use any of the other wands. You only use this for a total of 5 minutes every other day. Since I am currently experiencing some hair loss I’ll be mainly be using the rake/comb tube. Maybe the mushroom tube on my chin and around the mouth area. As far as actually using this every other day I’m not sure I’ll get to it because you have to return all tubes to their place in the original box. It’d be much easier if this system came with a caddy to store the base and tubes in so it could sit out and be available when you need it. I’m hoping it will help with my hair loss and stimulate the hair follicles so new growth can begin. Either that or stop the hair loss itself. I believe this is an excellent product in itself as it supercharges the cells and helps reverse the aging progress. Although I do not have wrinkles on my face, my forehead has what to me are the most awful lines (wrinkles)! I must say, that the attachments for the NuDerma Skin Therapy Wand are made of glass. They have to be used with care. The wands are made of glass because the impulses produced by the NuDerma Wand are more effective using glass applicators. Also, glass makes the applications very smooth. The wands glide easily, and without effort, over the skin. The wands and the stimulating impulses produced by the wand, feel very, very relaxing. I wish I could have someone do my applications. I bet I will fall asleep in no time at all! It's truly incredible how expensive the salons charge, when we can do it ourselves, and the NuDerma Wand costs way less than what one treatment costs at the salons! This review is for the 4 accessory skin therapy wand by Pure. This was my first time trying one of these high frequency wands. I’m vary familiar with creams and serums as I have a strict facial regimen. Upon opening the box I was impressed with the quality of the box. You will keep the wand and accessories in it so having a sturdy place for each glass adapter is important. The cord is super heavy duty. It’s round and thick more like an extension cord than a regular small appliance cord- so that’s great. After reading all instructions and cleaning my face I applied my typical morning serums and turned the wand on its lowest setting. It took a good 20 seconds to reach a constant glow in the wand which per the instructions is perfectly normal. When gliding this around my face using the mushroom adapter it didn’t “feel” like anything. So far I have made it to the second setting and am happy so far. As far as results go skin care isn’t a one time things and you get results. So this review is more on quality of the product vs results. I’m super happy with the quality. The handle of the unit is large and solid feeling. I’m excited to keep using this as from what I read it magnifies the results of your serums and creams. I am undecided if the Tripollar Stop Vx is worth the price tag. I was shocked how unhelpful the directions were that came with the device, and Tripollar's website gives almost no help at all. There is a very brief video, but it doesn't give details. Good: **I like the warming sensation from the device during the treatment. Bad: **The fragrance in the Tripollar gel (which is required for conductivity when using the device) is overwhelming. You'd think in this day and age skincare companies would make all their products frangrance-free. **The directions are useless. I have no idea how long to use the device for a total treatment. I emailed Tripollar and they didn't respond. 🙁

I've only recently received my Ziip and it was a struggle at first. The directions are not clear on the app or in the included booklet. I had to reach out to an online group for info and on what to expect. Turns out, many of the users had the same concerns at first too. Eventually, I got all the info I needed and can do it with ease now. Im giving it lower stars because I still dont see any way to troubleshoot the occasional question. This has become a nice nightly ritual for me after some very long days of work and taking care of a five month old on my own. It absolutely gives your skin a nice tone/glow and honestly, I just like the way it feels. I’ve noticed a lot less of a run down tired look under my eyes as well. Of course it is expensive and you don’t need it but it did take my skin to the next level. It’s hard to know long term but for now, I love it and the ritual of it. I can hardly believe how amazing the ZIIP is. I could feel a noticeable improvement in the texture of my skin after the first treatment. I thought maybe I was imagining it, but after a week of use, there is no doubt, this little device produces results! Again this was a recommendation from YouTuber Gemma from Pampered Wolf. Her Mum really liked the results she was getting from her NuFace so I decided to give it a go. On the whole it is not unpleasant but if you have not put enough of the gel on your face it is uncomfortable. I do not buy the NuFace gel, instead I buy a ultrasound gel which works well for me ( another Pampered Wolf recommendation). I have noticed a difference around my eyes but it is still early days and this treatment has to be done regularly or you are back to square one. So it really depends on whether you are the type of person who is prepared to put the time in for the right results. I've been using this now for around 8 weeks (5 times a week) and can clearly see a difference in the tone of my skin. My skin seems more clear and brighter since I've been using the device. Is it tighter? I can't really say. It is easy and quick to use as part of a beauty routine however. I prefer the gel in the pump dispenser which is easier to apply whilst you have the device in one hand and are trying to get the gel on the next area before too many beeps have gone off! I apply it to half my face and neck at a time, rather than the recommended one zone at a time. 2 pumps are sufficient coverage for each side. I generally tissue it off or rinse my face as it doesn't really absorb into the skin entirely and I don't find makeup works well over it. A nice little product and the charge lasts a significantly long time, unlike other devices I've used, which seem to lose charge even when not being used. This little thing does an awesome job whisking a cappuccino-style foam, really rich and thick. A decent latte-style foam too. Although it’s nowhere near the quality of a steam stick frother. You definitely won’t be able to draw latte art with this foam. Also, it’s pretty slow – takes several minutes to produce a cup of foam, and that’s just for one person! Overall, I’d say you can’t expect anything more than that for $41. And for that kind of money it does a fantastic job. The fan offers several features such as various settings, a timer, is very quiet, offers a nightlight in two settings should you need one, and comes with a remote for convenience! A year after my purchase I experienced a problem when I replaced the battery in the remote. I called customer service to ask where I can get a replacement remote, and I had the best customer service experience. The representative I contacted, Ella, was amazing! It hasn't been long enough to see any major improvements, however I must remember that I am young and probably wont see anything super significant anyway. I have been interested in trying RF ever since I read an article on it last year. I made good use of the January sales and am glad that it is meeting my expectations so far. I'm quite sceptical about most things but based on good clinicals and published research on RF treatment, I thought it may be worth the splurge to invest in the Tripollar X. After years of driving, I could see a visible difference between the two sides of my face, with a significant extra droop in my right cheek. After only two uses of the Tripollar, there is a definite and significant improvement in the 'jowliness' of my cheeks, and a definite evening out of the two sides. It's not perfect yet but I have seen enough improvement to not only continue with it but to also write a review on it. Being in my mid 50’s I have really upped my game on skincare. I recently had a course of RF at the salon which I was impressed with, but didn’t want to pay the hefty price tag for top ups. Then I saw the Derma Wand and thought I would give it a try. I am realistic with these things, and don’t expect miracles or instant results, however I must say that so far I am very impressed. If I am 100% honest, I could say that a short course of salon RF really did help bring on the great results with the DW. Plus I do eat healthy, don’t smoke or sun worship, which all helps in the grand scheme of things. So for anyone debating whether to buy this or not, I would say a definite yes, but use also as part of a healthy lifestyle and possibly a salon course of RF first. My friend owned one of these and I used it in the past and it worked really well for blemishes so I recently purchased my own and for the first month it was AMAZING. It helped to clear up my acne and uneven skin tones. I didn’t notice any improvement on wrinkles but that is not why I purchased it so it didn’t bother me. This will dry your skin out so be sure to use a good moisturizer especially around your eyes. I didn’t care for the moisturizer it came with so I would recommend using your own that you know works for your skin. After 3-4 weeks I noticed the voltage didn’t seem as high but I thought it was was just my skin getting used to it. I’ve had my dermawand just under three months total and last week it started shocking me, randomly putting out much higher zaps than it had ever done, and then two days ago quit all together. I’m very disappointed! I treated this thing so carefully because I read a poor review about the durability and thought to myself that it was probably just the way that person treated it and didn’t handle it with care…..but now I see it’s just cheaply made. Wish it had lasted longer because I really loved it at first. The manufacturer was not very helpful either. I have used this product Derma Wand for over 15 years. I had dropped my derma wand on tile floor broke the tip "glass" so had to order a new one thank God for ebay best buy I had. Derma Wand does everything for your face you don't need to try all the different ones out there. This is the best. I am 80 years old, never had any thing done to face but upper eye lid. The device is wonderful, but the FIX serum is a little problematic. It says you can use your regular skincare products after use, even instructs you to “tap in remaining serum to enjoy its hydration benefits “, but the reality is, it will ‘pill’ on your skin. Even if you don’t apply any other skincare products, it will cause your makeup to pill as well if you use a foundation brush. If you use a beauty blender, your foundation doesn’t stay put under your eyes. I thought maybe I had used too much at first, but regardless how much or how little serum you use, the same thing happens. You have to wash the FIX serum off once you’re finished with your device, which is really annoying considering how pricey the serum is.

Do your research and ask questions before purchasing this product. If you have the Trinity w/ELE attachment then this is completely unnecessary to purchase. If anything is smoothing the lines it's that tiny expensive serum which beware can cause breakouts. The lip plump claim is mediocre at best & lasts less then an hour and I am being generous with that estimation. The claims this device targets the skin differently are untrue. If the Nuface Fix, Trinity, & Mini all have 8.3Hz, how is the FIX even capable of targeting the skin differently?? Nuface refuses to answer this question. Don't waste your money.SCunn

I rarely eat fish, with the exception of salmon, and this is the BEST salmon I've had in years and years, having grown up on the beach with fresh seafood always nearby. As an adult, dietary restrictions cause me to avoid seafood for various reasons, but this is just OUTSTANDING, in fact, I came back and bought another batch of Farrow Island Salmon filets. When seafood is caught wild and frozen immediately, it is worth every penny and you can be guaranteed it is a crowd -pleaser, should you entertain guests. After purchasing this device a few weeks ago, I must admit I wasn't sure how effective it would be. I have been using it 3 times a week for six weeks now and my face feels 'rejuvenated'. It is pleasant to use, small and comfortable in your hand and very simple to use, I just set my watch for 4 minutes, put on the gel and move from area to area when the 4 minutes are up. The design is great too – I love the pink and rose gold colour, the cap is a great way to stand it while charging and keeps the end clean. It also is angle cut so doesn't slip out of your hand while using it. So does it work? My skin certainly feels refreshed, and I feel I look less tired in the eye area, but it is advised to use device 2-3 times a week for 6-8 weeks, then a couple times a month, so I'm hoping it will continue to improve as I get nearer to the 8 weeks – but happy so far, it's my little treat to myself to have a weekly facial in the comfort of my own home when it suits me. It is a pretty tool and very lightweight. For the first two weeks it worked fine. But by the third week, it kept shutting off. Batteries weren't the issue. It's suppose to hold the charge up to 30 days but it won't for some reason.Cynthia
